Change to Win has released a report – Taking Stock of Fresh & Easy: Mistakes and Operational Failures at Tesco’s US Venture – that provides in-store observations from more than half of Fresh & Easy’s locations.  The report comes the week before Tesco’s annual shareholder meeting, where the company is expected to face criticisms about its lacklustre US performance.
